Welcome to Bridge Psychology, a private practice that provides clinical psychological assessment services in Prince George and for the northern region of BC.
I am a Registered Psychologist who specializes in the assessment of neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, and developmental disabilities. For over 20 years, I have been providing comprehensive and complex assessments of toddlers, children, teens, and young adults and have worked in various settings.
I am trained as a Qualified Specialist through the BC Autism Assessment Network (BCAAN) to offer diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorders.
I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan and my residency at the IWK Children’s Hospital in Halifax Nova Scotia.
I am an adjunct Faculty Member in the Department of Psychology at UNBC. In the community, I have been on the executive of various boards.
Out of the office I enjoy cycling (road, mtb and fatbike), hiking and playing 'taxi driver' to my 3 teenage children :)
Having been born overseas and spending most of her childhood living in some of Canada's largest cities, Rachel has called Prince George home for over 30 years.
A graduate of the Nursing Unit Assistant Program at the College of New Caledonia in 2009, she has over 15 years of experience in the medical administration and customer service field.
Rachel joined Bridge Psychology Group in May 2025. When not busy answering your calls and responding to your email inquiries, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons, repurposing her latest thrift store find, and connecting with other parents of neurodiverse children in and around the community of Prince George.
